Wife appeals from a dissolution of marriage decree. In her brief, she contends that the trial court erred in its division of marital property, failing to award her maintenance and attorney fees. Her appeal has merit.

The parties were married on June 6, 1981, and separated in November 1993. A petition for dissolution of marriage was not filed until March 17, 1997. No children were born of the marriage. The parties' marriage was dissolved...
