This is an appeal of a summary judgment. We affirm. Appellants Mary D. Siegert, James O. Siegert, Linda Siegert Warren, and William P. Siegert brought suit against Seneca Resources Corporation to recover damages for fraud regarding the execution of an oil and gas lease.
