This case started out as a $75 small claims dispute between a landlord and tenant that later mushroomed into a large claims action for wrongful death and wrongful eviction. Vernon Luecht, the tenant, appeals from a summary judgment that dismissed his counterclaim against Timothy W. Steffen, the landlord.
