This case returns to us after a remand to the district court for further consideration of the sentencing ramifications of defendant-appellant Jesús DiPinas juvenile criminal dispositions. See United States v. DiPina, 178 F.3d 68 (1st Cir.1999). On remand, the district court determined that DiPina's admission of sufficient facts on juvenile heroin charges should count toward his criminal history...
