BRAZIL, C.J.:

Eldon E. Kee, Jr., appeals his jury convictions of two counts of sale of marijuana and one count of use of a communications facility to facilitate the felony of sale of marijuana. He alleges numerous trial errors on appeal.

Finding no reversible error, we affirm.

The charges against Kee stemmed from three controlled marijuana buys that occurred on Kee Farms, Inc., (Kee Farms), a farming operation...
