Defendant Auto Depot, Inc. (Auto Depot) appeals from the trial court's denial of its request for attorney fees. We review for errors of law, Selective Services, Inc. v. AAA Liquidating and Auction Service, Inc., 126 Or.App. 74, 77, 867 P.2d 545 (1994), and affirm.
