PER CURIAM.

Judgment dismissing this case was signed by the trial judge on March 20, 2000. On May 17, 2000, Robert Green gave notice of his intent to appeal the court's order. In his notice of appeal, Green states that he was "provided actual notice" of the judgment on April 20, 2000.
