David Anthony Sendejo, appellant, was convicted of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit indecency with a child. See Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 30.02(a), (d) (Vernon 1998). A jury found him guilty, found him to be a repeat felony offender, and assessed punishment at forty-five years imprisonment in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
