WILLIS, Judge.

Jason DeWayne Schwartz appeals from the district court's order denying his petition for postconviction relief and dismissing his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. We affirm.

FACTS

In August 1996, Schwartz was convicted of two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct for fondling a four-year-old child. The district court sentenced him to concurrent prison terms of 21 months on the first count and 26 months...
