Liberty Bank and Kansas Bankers Surety Company appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict awarding Weber, Leicht, Gohr & Associates some $66,000 plus costs. Liberty and Kansas Bankers contend that the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in Wisconsin bars the judgment.1 We agree.
