Appellant Robert Parmer was convicted by a jury of the offenses of burglary of a habitation1 and aggravated sexual assault.2 The jury assessed his punishment at thirty-five years' imprisonment for the burglary offense and forty-two years' imprisonment for aggravated sexual assault. Appellant appeals these convictions.
