Dr. Veronica Garrett sued Dr. Cora Salvino and Women's Health Care of Gwinnett, P.C. (WHCG) for breach of contract and fraud, alleging that defendants failed to properly calculate a bonus to which she was entitled under her employment contract. Dr. Garrett also sought attorney fees. Both parties moved for summary judgment, and the trial court granted summary judgment to Dr. Garrett against WHCG on the breach...
