William Speener appeals from a circuit court order denying his motion for reconsideration of an order dismissing his petition for a writ of certiorari. On certiorari, Speener seeks reversal of the decision of the warden of Oshkosh Correctional Institution at the time, Donald Gudmanson, affirming the prison adjustment committee's finding that Speener was guilty of using marijuana.
