In this age discrimination suit, Lawrence R. Anderson appeals a summary judgment in favor of Taylor Publishing Company. Anderson contends the trial court erred in granting the judgment because he presented evidence that raised genuine issues of material fact about the reason for his termination. We conclude Taylor presented sufficient evidence to show a legitimate, nondiscriminatory reason for discharging Anderson. We further...
