Appellee, Carl L. Kebert, Jr., sued appellants, Medical Air Services Association (MASA) and Frank Halley, for breach of contract and fraud. The jury found MASA had breached the contract and that Halley had defrauded Kebert. The trial court signed a judgment against MASA for $1,413,825 in actual damages, attorney's fees, and pre-judgment interest.
