GOLDEN, Justice.

The dispositive issue in this case is whether Appellant BW has timely appealed an order of restitution entered three years earlier when he was adjudged a delinquent juvenile and sent to Wyoming Boys School. At the time of the initial proceedings, the juvenile court ordered restitution in an amount to be determined at a later time after the victim of BW's sexual assault had received counseling and medical care. BW did not appeal that order. Three years...
