Dorothy Garrett appeals a summary judgment granted in favor of L.P. McCuistion Community Hospital d/b/a McCuistion Regional Medical Center ("the Hospital"). Garrett sued the Hospital, three physicians, including Dr. Dennis Schmidt, and their professional associations for medical malpractice.
