Michael Anthony Lombardo appeals from an order of the trial court revoking his probation. For reasons discussed below, we agree that the trial court had no authority to revoke Lombardo's probation because his probation sentence had not yet begun to run. However, it does not appear that Lombardo has fully served the prison sentence originally imposed. Accordingly, we reverse the probation revocation order...
