In the published portion of this opinion we address alleged sentencing errors under Penal Code1 section 667.61, also known as the "One Strike" law. Stated briefly, defendant was convicted by jury of various violent sex offenses committed on separate dates and against different victims, who we refer to as "R" and "Y."
