BILL VANCE, Justice.

A jury found Stephen Burke guilty of aggravated sexual assault and assessed punishment of thirty years' incarceration and a $1,000 fine. The same jury found Burke guilty of possession of child pornography and set his punishment for this offense at ten years' incarceration and a $1,000 fine.
