A jury convicted Glenn Anthony Randolph of aggravated assault, false imprisonment, possession of a gun while committing a crime, and three counts of armed robbery. The trial court sentenced Randolph to serve a total of 30 years, followed by 30 years on probation. He enumerates five errors on appeal, arguing that the trial court erred (1) in failing to merge two of the armed robbery convictions for sentencing...
