SWEENEY, J.

Jerry A. Dauenhauer appeals his Yakima County convictions for three counts of second degree burglary. He contends an instructional error denied him a fair trial, and that the court improperly ordered restitution for acts unrelated to the burglaries. We affirm the convictions but vacate the restitution order.
