In this case, the trial court refused to set aside a protective order preventing the plaintiff, Claudia Sanchez, from deposing Daisy Manufacturing's Chief Executive Officer Marvin Griffin. Sanchez asserts that she had attempted less-intrusive discovery methods and consequently the trial court abused its discretion when it failed to set aside the protective order.
