A Houston County jury found Kalvin Sims guilty of burglary. On appeal, Sims contends that the trial court erred by (1) permitting the State to introduce evidence of an impermissibly suggestive photo lineup and subsequent in-court identification; and (2) granting the State's reverse Batson challenge. Sims also challenges the sufficiency of the evidence. For reasons that follow, we reverse.
