In this action for breach of an employment contract, the defendants, William H. Peterken, Jill Peterken and Ridgely W. Brown, appeal from the judgment in favor of the plaintiff, rendered after a trial to the court. William Peterken and Jill Peterken claim that the court improperly (1) found that the plaintiff, Biller Associates, had a valid and enforceable contract, (2) found in favor of the plaintiff on its quantum meruit claim...
