On the Court's own motion, we withdraw our opinion of April 19, 2000. The following is now the opinion of the Court.

After suffering an on-the-job injury, Kevin W. Wolfe sued his employer, C.S.P.H. d/b/a Domino's Pizza (CSPH), for negligence.
