Michael Earnest White was charged by indictment with the felony offense of burglary of a habitation. He entered a plea of not guilty before the court and filed a motion to suppress evidence. After hearing the evidence pre-trial, the court denied the motion. A jury later convicted White and sentenced him to 25 years' confinement. White presents two issues for review.
