¶ 1. CANE, C.J.

Rodney Clark appeals from a judgment convicting him of failing to report to jail, contrary to WIS. STAT. § 946.425(1m)(b).1 He also appeals from the denial of his postconviction motion. Clark argues that his constitutional protection against double jeopardy was violated, thus requiring reversal of his conviction. We reject Clark's arguments and affirm the judgment....
