The State appeals from the trial court's grant of Judy Ladean Ledford's motion to suppress three baggies of methamphetamine powder Hall County narcotics agents Casper and Neville found in Ledford's black fanny pack. In granting the motion to suppress, the trial court found that (1) Ledford was detained by the agents without reasonable, articulable suspicion; and (2) Agent Neville searched Ledford's fanny pack without consent.
