Daniel Scheibel suffered injuries that were causally related to two separate motor vehicle accidents, both occurring when he was insured under a no-fault automobile insurance policy with Illinois Farmers Insurance Company. Illinois Farmers paid Scheibel his policy maximum for medical benefits for the second accident, but not the first.
