Calvin Whitmore appeals from the denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. We affirm.

Whitmore was convicted in September 1993 in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, on three counts of robbery in the first degree and three counts of armed criminal action, charges stemming from the armed robbery of a flower shop in Kansas City, Missouri, in January 1993.
