This action is brought by Plaintiff Robert Earl Carney, a former truck driver, against his former employer, alleging six claims: (i) negligence; (ii) breach of employment contract; (iii) intentional infliction of emotional distress; (iv) wrongful discharge; (v) civil RICO claims; and (vi) civil conspiracy.
