JACKSON B. SMITH, Jr., Justice.

Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, appellant, Charles Seldon Bawcom, pled guilty to felony driving while intoxicated. The trial court assessed punishment at five years probation and a $500 fine. The trial court later revoked appellant's probation and assessed appellant's punishment, pursuant to a plea agreement, at four years in prison and a $500 fine. We address whether...
