Ernest Wayne Beeler (Husband) appeals a judgment in the action of Sandra Lynn Beeler (Wife) for dissolution of marriage.

By a judgment of November 1, 1999, the trial court dissolved the marriage of the parties and divided the marital and nonmarital property between them.
