On July 1, 1999, a jury returned a verdict of guilty against Edgar Richmond, Jr. on one count of conspiracy for making false statements to obtain a firearm in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 371 and six counts of aiding and abetting the making of a false statement to obtain a firearm in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 922(a)(6).
