David Pérez-Montañez (Pérez) and José Raúl Santiago-Rodríguez (Santiago) were indicted for the federal crimes of carjacking, 18 U.S.C. § 2119, and carrying or using a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1)(A).
