Appellants Kendra Miller and Naima Gianquinto appeal from a judgment of forfeiture, pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 881(a)(4), (6) (1994 & Supp. IV 1998), of a 1998 BMW "I" convertible automobile. Kendra Miller contends she is the legal owner of the vehicle, while Naima Gianquinto asserts she is the vehicle's lienholder.
