A jury found appellant guilty of injury to a child and assessed punishment at 10 years in prison, probated, and a non-probated $10,000 fine. The State moved to revoke appellant's probation for failing to report and for failing to present written verification of employment. Appellant pled true to failure to report and not true to failing to verify employment. The trial court revoked probation and assessed punishment at 10...
