Walter and Erma Chapman ("plaintiffs") appeal from the trial court's judgment finding in favor of Lewis and Kimberly Lavy ("defendants") on plaintiffs' claims for injunction, quiet title, and damages regarding a roadway between plaintiffs' and defendants' properties.
