PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals as of right from his jury trial conviction of absconding or forfeiting bond, M.C.L. § 750.199a; MSA 28.396(1). Defendant was sentenced as an habitual offender, fourth offense, M.C.L. § 769.12; MSA 20.1084, to a prison term of five to fifteen years. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for resentencing.
