The defendant, Fleet Finance and Mortgage, Inc. (Fleet), appeals from the Superior Court's (Abramson, J.) order finding it liable for breach of contract and awarding damages to the plaintiff, Theodore G.M. Klar, in the amount of $184,751.27. We affirm.
