Petitioner seeks a writ of certiorari to review an order adjudging him in direct contempt of court. According to the order, the allegedly contemptuous conduct consisted in "yelling at the judge in front of the jury in a loud, rude, hostile and disrespectful tone of voice." (Italics added.)
