BILL VANCE, Justice.

A jury convicted Gene Williams of assault of a public servant, and the trial court sentenced him to nine years' confinement. Williams appeals on two issues both based on the admission of evidence pertaining to misconduct by another inmate who was not on trial. Because evidence of the other inmate's misconduct is not relevant and its probative value is substantially outweighed by its prejudicial effect, we conclude the court erred...
