Michael Watson sued Lonnie Whiteside, Rose City Sand Corporation, and Jack Huebner for injuries arising from an accident in which the vehicle he was driving was hit from behind by a dump truck being driven by Whiteside. The jury awarded appellee $1,050,000, and the trial court added prejudgment interest in the amount of $135,030. The jury attributed 15 percent of the fault to Whiteside (the truck driver), 50 percent...
