MEMORANDUM OPINION

BRINKEMA, District Judge.

Before the Court is the Motion of Defendant lucentsucks.com's [sic] to Dismiss the Complaint, in which defendant argues that plaintiff's failure to comply with the requirements of the recently enacted AntiCybersquatting Consumer Protection Act mandates dismissal of the complaint. For the reasons stated below, the motion will be granted.
