Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof denying that branch of the motion which was to recover interest on the unpaid equitable distribution award and substituting therefor a provision granting interest at the statutory rate of 9% per annum on the unpaid equitable distribution award from December 10, 1997, to August 15, 1998, the date the payment was made; as so modified, the order is affirmed...
