The administratrix of the estate of Gladys Brown ("plaintiff"), Marsha T. Russell ("Brown administratrix"), made a motion in the trial court to be substituted for plaintiff in the present action for equitable distribution, a divorce from bed and board, alimony pendente lite and permanent alimony.
