This appeal comes from the probate court's refusal to set aside an order appointing appellee as administratrix of the estate of Joelaun Snowden, deceased. We hold that the order should have been set aside and, therefore, reverse and remand the case.
On May 11, 1996, Joelaun Snowden died in the crash of Valuejet Flight 592 in Dade County, Florida. He was survived by his mother, appellee Glinder Riggins, his father Grady Snowden...
