ANR Pipeline Company petitions for review of an order of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) permitting a competitor to build and operate a natural gas pipeline. Insofar as ANR contends FERC acted unreasonably in refusing to hold a comparative hearing, we deny the petition.
