LAVERY, J.

The petitioner, Joaquin Rodriguez, appeals from the habeas court's denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. He claims that the habeas court improperly determined that his trial counsel provided effective assistance. We affirm the judgment of the habeas court.
